Features:
"Mongonucleosis" was recorded in 1974 by the popular rock band Chicago for the album Chicago VII. Though it was never one of their "hits," this driving Latin influenced jazz-rock jam tune became one of Chicago's most enduring instrumental numbers, performed many times by the band both live and on several recordings. This arrangement for steel band is an amalgam of several live versions. It features an open pan solo and finishes with a rousing percussion break that should have everyone dancing in the aisles.
